Hi Team!

Here’s a link for the latest video which was a backpacking trip with my friend JJ in the Mountains. You’ll remember Jim from the video where we turned back at the ranch.

We had thought about redoing that trip but at the last minute I suggested doing this one instead where we would enter from Lake Minnewanka trailhead, head to the Ghost public land use zone, up the ghost river and Spectral Creek to Aylmer pass, and then back down and out to the car.

As you’ll see in the video, things didn’t really go our way. Maybe Jim and I are jinxed this year when backpacking together ha ha ha!

I’m currently on the road to another province for a bit of a different kind of backpacking trip. Look for that soon :-)

I’ve also started playing around with a new concept called “between the trailheads”. I get to see a lot of country as I drive around to do these backpacking trips and I’ve realized that I could be showing it! It’s an old idea that I have had for a couple of years now, but a new type of video concept that probably will take a little while to polish. Anyway I will throw that your way as well for early access and would love your feedback on what I can do better with the concept!
